工作职责：

1.数据管道

• 使用现代数据工具和框架开发和优化 ETL/ELT 管道
• 用 Python 和 SQL 编写高效代码进行数据转换和处理
• 实施数据验证和测试框架
• 创建用于数据处理和监控的自动化工作流
• 故障排除和解决数据管道问题

2.数据仓库

• 设计和维护企业数据仓库架构
• 实施维度建模和数据仓库解决方案
• 优化查询性能和数据访问模式
• 开发数据文档和数据血缘
• 创建和维护数据架构和数据模型

任职要求：

• 中英文流利，英语口语可作为工作语言
• 5年以上数仓建设经验，最好有实时数仓/流式处理经验
• 有 Crypto 交易所、支付行业经验优先
• 若无直接 Crypto/支付背景，泛互联网金融背景也可以重点看
• 希望候选人具备较强的独立交付能力和跨团队协作能力，能够支持业务快速发展
• 强大的问题解决能力、分析能力和沟通能力。
• 能够在快节奏的环境中独立和协作工作。
• 有加密货币或 Web3 相关工作经验者优先。
