On behalf of World Famous company, Huawei, we are hiring for Computing Pre-Sales/ Product Manager who responsible for providing technical expertise, solution design, and pre-sales support to enterprise customers and partners focusing on AI-driven solution. This role collaborates closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful project closure.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients in Singapore to thoroughly understand their business needs in sectors such as Government, Internet, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Transportation, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
• Transform customer requirements into innovative technical solutions by designing Huawei's AI and general-purpose computing offerings utilizing Huawei's processors.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for AI and general-purpose computing solutions, including technical architecture, implementation strategies, hardware selection recommendation and budget evaluations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations for performance, cost efficiency, and security.
• Represent at industry exhibitions and technical forums to showcase AI and general-purpose computing solutions and drive awareness.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to establish a robust AI and general-purpose computing ecosystem and facilitate large-scale adoption across Singapore.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT domain (Cloud, Storage, Server, AI, Data Center, etc.), with hands-on knowledge in AI.
• Understand fundamental AI concepts—including LLM training and inference workflows—along with key performance metrics of AI computing hardware (e.g., computing power, memory capacity), and have hands-on experience with major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Server hardware configuration, operating system optimization (e.g., Linux), or the deployment and optimization of High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters. Experience in designing or delivering industry solutions is preferred.
• Prior experience in project bidding processes, managing tender requests and preparing formal business proposals and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and work effectively with international teams.
