We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Singapore. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation activities, and direct outreach. The role involves building and managing a pipeline of prospects, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The individual will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams on go-to-market initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Experience with Building Materials and Related Services and Projects such as Fabrication works including Props, events, landscaping, branding, and marketing would be ideal.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, procurement, product management, project management, business management, production, finance, admin, logistics, hiring, and operations would lead to a managerial position.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and concise written communication for proposals and reports.
  • Experience in account management, with a focus on relationship building, client retention, and opportunity expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a structured, professional manner.
  • Hands-on, ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to do hard work will enjoy much benefits especially the flexibility to work on High Value Retail as well as Big Projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Building Construction, QS, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineer, Building Maintenance, Interior Design, Architecture, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Good at dealing with the Architects, contractors, owners, interior designers, and foreign suppliers
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, dashboards) to track and report on business development activities.
  • Prior experience in online sales or B2B solutions is an advantage.
