Job Title : BIM Professional

Location: Singapore

Experience: 2+ Years

Department: Architecture / Structural

Key Responsibility

  • Create and update 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Support architectural and structural design teams with project drawings and documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and project discussions.
  • Generate quantity take-offs and extract drawings from BIM models.
  • Ensure project models and drawings follow BIM standards and quality requirements.
  • Update models and drawings based on design changes and project requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in BIM Modeling and Coordination.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Experience working on both Architectural and Structural projects.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
