- Lead the logistics team to handle day to day operations; packing stocks to fulfill orders from shops, resellers and online platform customers
- Coordinate and oversee receipt and storage of inventory
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to shops and resellers
- Delivery of orders to resellers and online customers. Main delivery of orders to shops is done by 3PL
- Maintain accurate inventory records using proprietary Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Conduct regular stock counts and identify slow moving stocks and over-stocks
- Tracking of incoming shipments and liaising with shippers and warehouse management
