You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.***So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.****About the Role**The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager of Policy Services - Partnership Distribution and is responsible for running the day to day management of all post inception requests and enquiries. He/she is required to ensure primary servicing objectives are met in terms of quality and efficient deliverables for in-forced policies to all partnering distribution channels.**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING*** Be the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operation disparity between partnering firms to AIA standards of business.* Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualised feedback for betterment of current processes.* Handle enquiries and requests from partners through calls and emails within the agreed turnaround time, managing of document submissions (tracking and routing).* Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to hands of customers via partners.* Responsible for coordination and preparation and documenting of team meetings.* Maintain and update team manual to ensure all new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and documented accurately.* Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.* Any other duties as assigned by Manager and/or HOD.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*** Degree or Diploma* At least 3-5 years of experience (preferably in Insurance Operations) or Policy Servicing or equivalent experience in Life/A&H policies.* Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.* Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.* Self-starter who constantly strives for excellence.* Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.*Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.**You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
