The ideal candidate has a commercially-focused mindset with strong people management skills. You have a successful track record and relevant experience in driving clients and revenue growth. You are equally comfortable ideating and conceptualizing bespoke experiences, executing them, and setting financial targets and achieving them. You have a strong interest and experience in the luxury events segment. You'll have a unique opportunity to lead the growth of the Corporate Clients efforts with exposure and development opportunities to become a future leader of the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of events professionals to drive clients and revenues growth.
- Own full P&L responsibilities.
- Grow revenues in our existing client segments and identify new business and client segments through your network, market research and convert them into business and revenues.
- Recruit, build, and retain a talented and effective team.
- Lead the ideation, creation, planning, management, and execution of client events and experiences.
- Stay up-to-date and be an active voice on current trends in the luxury and luxury events industry.
- Develop new event concepts and creative ideas that deliver business results for clients.
Qualifications
- Min 12-15 years of relevant experience in successfully manage luxury events and experiences.
- Successful track record in CRM with decision-makers at luxury brands, financial institutions, and C-Suites in general
- In-house Marketing or Events experience in a luxury brand or financial institutions.
- Successful track record and experience in managing events for luxury brands, financial institutions, and/or agencies.
- Experience in creative agencies working with luxury brands.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the humanities and or business-related majors (strong academic achievement required).
- Effective people management skills required.
- Excellent and exceptional communications skills, verbal and written required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hustle, and agility preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary - SGD15,000 - SGD20,000 (depending on relevant track record and experience)
