We're Hiring: Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development (Private Terminal at Changi Airport | Singapore).

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development to lead all sales and revenue-generating activities for a premium private aviation terminal.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for maximising revenue, elevating market presence, and driving client acquisition across high-value segments including high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clientele.

You will shape and execute strategic sales, business development, and marketing initiatives—while creating exceptional, high-touch client experiences aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship & Experience Management

  • Curate and host exclusive client visits, site inspections, and private terminal experiences
  • Build and expand relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored, personalised service experiences reflecting luxury travel expectations
  • Collaborate closely with operations, concierge, and ground teams to ensure seamless journeys
  • Personally manage VIP interactions, including meet-and-greet and bespoke arrangements
  • Ensure prompt, professional resolution of client feedback and service matters

Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Develop compelling, high-impact sales proposals and pitches
  • Drive growth through strategic account management, upselling, and conversion of premium leads
  • Provide market intelligence and support sales forecasting and performance optimisation

Business Development & Market Strategy

  • Leverage deep understanding of luxury ecosystems to shape strategy
  • Monitor global and regional trends, including competitor benchmarking
  • Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, partnerships, and networking
  • Represent the business at industry events and key HNW markets (occasional travel)
  • Execute sales action plans aligned with broader commercial objectives

Operations & Oversight

  • Monitor KPIs and support P&L performance and reporting
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and adherence to sales processes
  • Maintain compliance with aviation security and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years experience in sales, commercial roles, or client relationship management
  • (Private aviation, luxury hospitality, or premium services preferred)
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing high-value clients
  • Strong understanding of HNW/UHNW behaviours and luxury service expectations
  • Experience in pre-opening environments is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
