A boutique accounting firm for high-quality financial reporting and advisory services, including company incorporation and financial solutions using advanced technology and AI. - Generate and qualify new business leads to expand the client base- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor proposals- Prepare and present proposals to convert prospects into clients- Own client relationships by conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services to increase revenue- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company - Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field- At least 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management, and/or B2B sales, preferably within the professional or outsourced services industry- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate proposals and influence stakeholders- Ability to work independently and confidently discuss commercial proposals- Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking customers- Self-discipline, sales-oriented and time management - Working location: Central, Singapore- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 530pm- Variable allowance- Sales commission and Account growth incentive- Performance bonus
