By successfully developing a hybrid of both traditional print with digital contents. - Develop an in-depth understanding of company extensive range of educational assessment books, including content, unique selling points, and target audiences.- Build and maintain relationships with schools and teachers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable books and resources.- Actively promote company products through presentations, meetings, and events, ensuring company products meet the educational needs of customers.- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve company product offerings.- Assist customers with placing orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any post-sales inquiries or issues.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. - Diploma and above.- At least 2 years of sales experience in selling educational assessment books to the schools.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A passion for education and helping students succeed.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Working location: Bukit Merah- Commissions and sales incentives- Allowances where applicable- Group hospitalisation & Surgical insurance- Medical reimbursement (capped)- Annual & medical leave entitlements
