Job Summary
Perform skilled carpentry tasks including reading project drawings, taking site measurement, cutting and constructing wood renovations,
and installing at project sites collaborate with designers and owners during site meeting communicate effectively in English and mandarin.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret project drawings accurately to guide carpentry work.
Take precise measurements at project site to ensure correct material sizing.
Cut and construct wood renovations according to project drawings to meet design specifications.
Install wood structures and renovations at project site to complete project on schedule.
Attend site meeting with designers and owners to clarify project requirements and progress.
Communicate clearly in English or Mandarin to coordinate tasks and report updates.
