Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach – Proactively reach out to target clients in assigned industries/regions via phone and online channels to identify and create sales opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management – Collaborate with field sales and partners to follow up on leads and close deals. Conduct regular check‑ins with existing customers to maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Product Upgrades & Cross‑selling – Gain in‑depth knowledge of Sangfor’s security and cloud solutions. Proactively introduce product upgrades, new features, and iteration updates to existing clients, uncovering their evolving needs and driving multi‑product adoption.

Qualifications:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience – Some prior sales or customer‑facing experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.
• Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with or strong interest in IT, cybersecurity, or cloud computing is preferred.
• Core Competencies – Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially via phone and online channels.
