Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support that aligns people strategies with business objectives The role provides comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

The HRBP will also leverage digital tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, the corporate website and other talent solutions to strengthen recruitment and employer branding.

POSITION: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

LOCATION: SINGAPORE

REPORTS TO: HR MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management and organisational development.
  • Design and implement effective talent screening and assessment processes to identify high-calibre candidates.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee integration.
  • Lead performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR policies, compensation and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations and maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate payroll with the external payroll provider and manage MOM Employment Pass (EP) and related employment matters.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, digital platforms and employer branding initiatives to attract talent and enhance the Company’s market presence.
  • Promote the Company’s values and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree from an accredited university.
  • 5–8 years’ HR experience, preferably with a leading multinational or a fast-paced high-growth organisation.
  • International exposure and a global mindset.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and attract high-calibre talent.
  • Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
