Position Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support that aligns people strategies with business objectives The role provides comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
The HRBP will also leverage digital tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, the corporate website and other talent solutions to strengthen recruitment and employer branding.
