The incumbent will lead the regional commercial team in SEA-2 (Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam) to define, develop, and implementing-market sales and marketing strategies, initiatives and action plans for the assigned market(s) based on our company targets and objectives with the main goal of supporting and accelerating revenue and growth.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned markets and accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand B2B and B2C partnerships for Plaza Premium Group’s products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales forecasts to support business expansion.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, social media, partnerships, and events.
  • Work closely with internal and regional teams to support promotional activities and online sales initiatives.
  • Analyse market intelligence, customer behaviour, and industry trends to optimise marketing performance.

Relationship & Team Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate local sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage sales budgets, track performance, and ensure operational efficiency across teams.

Other Duties

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets as assigned by management.
