Role Title: Senior Security Analyst, Global IT Security

Function: IT Security

Seniority Level: Associate

Employment Type: Full time

• Responsible for the functions of global IT Security Operations
• Security Operations: Govern and manage endpoint security, third‑party AI tools, email and DLP solutions. Conduct IT Security assessments.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce enterprise wide security policy; develop and implement security processes; adhere to IT Security best practices, compliance and regulatory requirements, e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701
• Culture & Programs: Develop and implement enterprise wide security awareness, phishing campaigns and training programs; coordinate bug bounty program.
• Report to the Security Lead with opportunities to gain exposure to the entire Cybersecurity domain (e.g. AI Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Cloud, DevSecOps, SecOps, etc.)

• At least 3 years of experience working in cybersecurity field
• Hands‑on experience with modern Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar); managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Email Security tools; implementing User security awareness program.
• Proactive and willing to take full ownership
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast‑changing cybersecurity environment
• Strong analytical skills and detail‑oriented approach
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both English and Chinese across geographically distributed teams
• Advantageous to possess relevant security certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CISSP or equivalents.
