Team Lead - Patch Management (Network)

**Team Lead - Patch Management (Network)**- 12 months contract role**Our Client**- Multinational IT company**The Opportunity**- Lead, review, schedule and oversee Patch Management process, procedures and activities- Initiate Request for Change, document a detailed Change Implementation Plan, Rollback plan, perform peer reviews and provide assistance in getting approvals from all relevant stakeholders to progress the change- Lead a team of patchers, ensuring efficient and secure deployment of updates- Coordinate with IT departments to schedule patching activities during optimal times- Manage networking components including Cisco, Checkpoint, F5 Load Balancers, and Fortinet- Develop and implement strategies for minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of operations- Provide cross-training to team members to enhance versatility and knowledge sharing- Perform post change review after implementation of patches and incorporate learnings into our existing processes- Document all procedures implemented by the team for future reference- Track all issues as Knowledge articles, record and track all changes using the Change Management process- Generate reports for customers on system inventory, software inventory, status of patching etc. and create weekly dashboard- Update CMDB post any major changes that warrants a CMDB update**Your Background**- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and patch management- Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams- Expertise in network infrastructure including Cisco, Checkpoint, F5 Load Balancers, and Fortinet- Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Availability to work on weekends as requiredPeoplebank Singapore Pte Ltd, EA Licence Number: 08C5248.
