Job Responsibilities (JR):
- Set up and operate audio-visual and lighting systems at event venues
- Program and control lighting consoles, dimmers, and other lighting gear
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site quickly and effectively
- Assist in loading/unloading, transporting, and installing AV/lighting equipment
- Ensure all equipment is safely rigged and maintained
- Conduct equipment checks before, during, and after events
- Coordinate with event and production teams to meet technical requirements
- Maintain inventory of AV and lighting equipment
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to event setup and teardown
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, AV Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV or lighting for events
- Added advantage of having experience supporting virtual or hybrid events
- Familiar with sound systems, mixers, projectors, LED walls, moving lights, DMX systems, etc.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of equipment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
