JOB TYPE:

Long Term Contract

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement and promote the CSDM framework to standardize and enhance service management practices.
  • Servicenow Development, including IT Service Management (ITSM) applications based on the ITIL standards including workflow configurations, JAVA Scripts, Customizations, CMS Interface, MID servers, Integrations, Reporting and understanding of ServiceNow Pofrfolio offerings.

Requirements: Minimum 4-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration .

  • Proven experience with ITSM module implementation , including incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Strong experience working with CMDB and implementing CSDM framework.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in JavaScript , Glide scripting , and platform-specific development in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with workflow configuration , business rules , client scripts , UI policies , and UI actions .
  • Hands-on experience with MID Server , integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs), and external system connectivity .
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Portal , CMS, and custom interface design.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture , data model, and best practices.
