Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support understanding of operating expenses, performance metrics, and strategic planning reviews.
• Maintain and enhance financial performance reports for programs and specialties, providing insights to drive cost control and informed decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and projections, and conduct regular operational reviews with stakeholders.
• Offer financial guidance on policies, processes, and best practices to internal partners.
• Develop a solid understanding of healthcare financials, cost structures, and subsidy frameworks to deliver effective analysis, support pricing strategies, and identify cost-saving opportunities through data-driven insights and benchmarking.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls within Finance operations.
• Participate in system implementation projects (e.g., Billing Transformation, Costing Systemization, Subsidy Review), including change management activities.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with knowledge in costing and pricing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient and confident in navigating ambiguity and change.
Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO and ISH), Microsoft Office applications, and data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
