Job Title Sales Operations Analyst Job Description Axis Communications is continuing to grow, we are now looking for a Sales Operations Analyst. You will be supporting the APAC regions in the distribution channel functions. You will be responsible for managing key business processes related to uPOS validation (unique point of sales), price lists, and system tools (CRM, Salesforce, Qlik, IFS) within the APAC region. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis and overseeing system tools that support critical sales operations, including open orders and sales data tracking across the APAC region. You will focus on channel inventory management within the Oceania and SAP sales regions. Additionally, you will ensure the efficient execution of processes, maintain accurate data tracking, and provide crucial support to the sales team, contributing to overall business performance. What youll do:
- Monthly CPP (Channel Partner Program) rebate computation - checking of uPOS reports from distributors.
- Support to manage the channel inventory upload to Qlik and provide analysis to the Distribution Team on inventory management.
- Act as a business operational partner in new distribution setup and termination of existing distributors.
- Review the distribution claim such as price protection claim and stock rotation.
- Alignment of distribution uPOS processes across APAC and the Price List.
- Instrumental to digitalization transformation and automation process as well as the integration of BI tools to support business in terms of uPOS and distribution reporting.
- Drive demand planning for special projects, like APAC 2N planning.
- Support in converting the APAC business data points into charts for regions review verification.
- Managing operational and administration matters, along with any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or Commercial related
- Strong working knowledge in area of relevance with minimum 3 years work experience
- Experience with MNCs in High Tech industry
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce skills.
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
- Excellent communication skills in order to develop internal and external relationships.
- The ability to provide effective presentations to all levels of people, both external and internal, including Axis corporate management or partner management.
- High levels of self-initiative, self-motivation and customer orientation.
- Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities.
