Technical Support Executive
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive located in Singapore Office. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible in facilitating product testing to ensure compliance with Singapore Standards, conducting both on-site and off-site installation and technical training, and providing support to resolve issues at project sites and test laboratories. It also includes managing product-related matters across various project locations and ensuring timely documentation of servicing, claims, and project activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Support, Technical Support, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in project management or technical support will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the technical aspects of sanitary ware, fittings, and accessories is preferred.
- Resourceful, with the ability to collaborate effectively with test laboratories, consultants, plumbers, and contractors.
- Possession of a personal vehicle (motorcar or motorcycle) is required.
- A proactive and reliable team player within a dynamic multinational environment.
