Recruitment Consultant (Engineering) - Perm Position

Work Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $4k per month (Salary commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate key accounts for Temp/Contract engineering roles
• Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels
• Compliance to all recruitment guidelines
• Build a consistent talent pipeline

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• About 1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in Engineering roles preferred. Entry level candidates with Engineering background/qualifications will be considered.
• Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong drive to succeed in placement closure
• Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
