Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers in payment team to configuration EPOSPay payment methods, deploy payments at merchantss site, and gather customer feedback and insights for payment product enhancements.

  • Support the coordination and execution of payment feature launches, including documentation and communication materials.

  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide input from clients on discussions.

  • Assist in the development of payment product documentation, training materials, and user guides.

  • Assist in operational functions, such as installing hardware and software for clients.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure smooth product functionality.

  • Perform Online/offline payment testings

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors/masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets

  • Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

  • Only full time interns will be considered
