Product Designer

Were looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Designer to join our growing AI product team. This isnt just about making things look good—its about designing deeply intuitive, scalable, and human-centered experiences for AI-powered platforms that drive real impact.

Youll help shape both the internal tools that power our agency workflows and the externally-facing SaaS solutions we deliver to clients. From complex data interfaces to user onboarding and modular AI features—youll have a seat at the table for it all.

• Translate product and business goals into intuitive, user-centered design solutions for AI-driven web applications.

• Lead the end-to-end design process : user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and seamless developer handoff.

• Work closely with PMs, engineers, and AI specialists to align design with technical realities and business impact.

• Design for scalability and modularity across multiple AI use cases, customer tiers, and user journeys.

• Use product data and real user feedback to inform iterative improvements and UX enhancements.

• Build and maintain design systems that enable speed, consistency, and quality across products.

• Contribute to platform-level product strategy , not just feature-level design.

• Champion accessibility , responsive design , and performance across all touchpoints.

• 3-6 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or B2B platforms.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking , interaction design, and pixel-perfect UI.

• Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools; experience with design systems .

• Confidence working on data-heavy interfaces like dashboards, automations, and admin tools.

• Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS)—you can speak dev fluently.

• Strong communication skills—you explain the why behind your designs, not just the what .

• A bias for action: youre comfortable with ambiguity, love fast iteration, and know how to turn complex ideas into polished experiences.

• Bonus : Experience working with AI/ML tools, content automation platforms, or analytics products.
