Marketing Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide product information and pricing details. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot problems. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Marketing Support: Help promote new products and services to customers. Answer questions about promotions and discounts. Gather information about customer preferences for marketing strategies. Maintain marketing materials like brochures and flyers.Manage company website, email marketing database, and email distribution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, patience, and empathy.
  • Knowledge of the companys products and services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Partime salary $10 - $15/ hour
