Preschool Principal

Were looking for Preschool Principal / Centre Leaders for preschools islandwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Centre
• Support in marketing efforts to achieve enrolment targets Manage manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster, training and development)
• Work within licensing and regulatory requirements Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
• Support team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery Teacher and parent management
• Lead in organizing and execution of Companys related events

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
• Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
