ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning and copying.
  • Support HR or finance tasks, such as claims submission, petty cash handling or data entry.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases and records sales documents (quotations, invoices, and order records) accurately.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers and internal departments.
  • Perform all given tasks within given time.
  • Be committed and responsible.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O Level or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, resourceful and proactive.
  • Able to start immediately.
