Manager (Condominium / Complex)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Complex/Condominium Manager to join our team at Chambers Property Management Services. As the Complex/Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a residential property. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What youll be doing

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the residential property, including managing maintenance, security, and facility operations

  • Overseeing the work on-site staff, such as cleaners, security guards, and maintenance personnel

  • Liaising with residents, owners, and other stakeholders to address their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Preparing and managing the propertys annual budget, including forecasting expenses and monitoring expenditures

  • Coordinating and supervising the implementation of improvement projects and refurbishments

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the propertys value and resident satisfaction

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in a similar complex/condominium management role

  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, including building maintenance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with residents, owners, and other stakeholders

  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the property management industry

  • A degree/diploma in a relevant field, such as property management, facilities management, or business administration
