Job Title: IT System Engineer (Junior) Location: Changi Airport Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift (Day/Night) Salary: $2,300 + Shift Allowances Employment Type: Full-time, Immediate Start Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans only

Job Overview: We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our IT Operations team as Junior IT System Engineers at Changi Airport. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those seeking to start a career in IT. No prior experience is required, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor critical IT systems and infrastructure in a 24/7 operations environment
• Conduct routine system and network health checks
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues
• Provide support for IT devices such as PCs, printers, and network equipment
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed
• Assist in deployment and maintenance of IT assets
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports in accordance with SOPs
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of all IT equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• No experience required - training will be provided
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a critical setting
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit to handle IT equipment when necessary
• Able to start immediately or on short notice
