Administrative Executive (Leadership Track)

Job Description:

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Executive with the potential to take on a supervisory role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent polytechnic or ITE graduate who is looking for hands-on experience, mentorship, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily administrative operations (filing, documentation, data entry)

Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and correspondence

Liaise with customers, vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

Learn to manage and supervise a small team of administrative staff

Take over departmental responsibilities during managers absence

Assist the department head in process improvement and team coordination

Requirements:

Open to graduates holding a Polytechnic Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec qualification in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, or Office Skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Meticulous and able to multitask

Willing to learn and take initiative

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Prior admin experience is helpful but not required

Job Details:

Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: Starting from SGD 2,500 to SGD 4,000 (depending on qualifications and interview)
