Finance Operations Executive

We are currently seeking Finance Operations Executive in our Pharmaceutical function. In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for the processing operational finances and administrative tasks.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities shall include and not limited to the following:

• Participate in the development and execution of the operational plans to achieve the Companys strategic objectives
• Provide operational support to the Company
• Execute SOPs to enhance the efficiency of Finance operational processes
• Check the validity and accuracy of sales & purchase transactions from various payment sources
• Responsible for transactions, billings, collections, payments
• Check and match supporting document for billing;
• Liaison with operations for missing/amendment of document;
• Other ad-hoc operational and finance tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in the relevant field
• Experience in finance or sales operations-related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and able to work independently
