Marketing Executive

Job Description We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Marketing Executive with a strong command of both creative and executional aspects of marketing. This role is not for the faint-hearted ,we need someone who thrives under pressure, embraces responsibility, and can deliver outstanding results across a wide range of marketing activities.

You must be hands-on, proactive, and ready to take ownership of end-to-end marketing efforts ,from designing compelling visuals to running high-impact roadshows. This is a demanding but rewarding opportunity for someone serious about growing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Frequent travel for on-site activations is expected and required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit photo and video content using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, and Illustrator.

• Plan, execute, and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and audience engagement.

• Take full ownership of the companys social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) with a growth mindset.

• Lead and support on-the-ground marketing activities, including conventions, trade shows, and public roadshows — experience here is a must.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative and bold campaign strategies that stand out.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.

• Stay ahead of industry trends in gaming and digital media to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photo and video editing tools: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Illustrator.

• Solid track record in managing social media accounts and developing engaging digital content.

• Demonstrated experience in offline marketing is essential, including hands-on involvement in conventions, exhibitions, and public roadshows.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for events and campaign activations, sometimes on short notice.

• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude we are looking for someone who doesnt wait to be told what to do.

• Passion for marketing, creative storytelling, and delivering results that move the needle.
