Job Description & Requirements

Finance Responsibilities:

l Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

l Calculate taxable income and the income tax liabilities of the organisation.

l Compile accurate tax-related information for the organisation.

l Maintain accurate journal entries and allocations.

l Manage accounts payable and receivables.

l Operate accounting information systems efficiently and effectively.

l Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

l Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

l Plan and coordinate the annual financial internal/external audit process.

l Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings.

l Prepare financial statements and disclosure notes.

l Provide accurate and timely tax and financial reports to the relevant authorities.

l Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organisations financial transactions.

l Receive, verify and reimburse all employees claims and manage petty cash flow

Requirements/Qualifications:

l Min Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

l With 3 - 5 years of experience in an accounting or related role in providing full spectrum of finance responsibilities

l Computer Works using software including Microsoft Office application, Acrobat and custom accounting software. Advance Excel Skills is required

l Strong interpersonal and communication skills

l Meticulous and accurate, ensuring precision in all financial transactions and reports

l Able to work independently and as a team and to take initiative in executing tasks
