Hotel Guest Service Executive

Multiple hiring of Guest Service roles in 5* hotels (Lobby restaurant, All-day dining restaurant, Retail & Festive, In-Rooming Dining and Banquet)

Responsibilities:

Under Restaurants

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for opening and closing of shifts
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival
  • Assist in seating the guests whenever required
  • Check on guest satisfaction on a regular basis
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Supervise and mentor junior staffs
  • Responsible for staff planning and schedule

Under Retail & Festive

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations
  • Execute all festive season food and beverage offerings such as CNY, Mooncake, Christmas, etc.
  • Coordinate with the culinary, marketing, and banquet teams to ensure timely preparation, packaging, and promotion of festive products
  • Provide guests with product information and recommendations related to seasonal offerings
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising of the retail outlet

Under In-Room Dining/ Banquet

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
  • Handle in-room dining orders via telephone with accuracy and efficiency
  • Conduct timely call-backs to confirm orders and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Personally deliver VIP amenities and food & beverage orders to guest rooms
  • Set up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, and cutlery, according to event specifications and service standards
  • Accommodate and execute special banquet requests
  • Maintain consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages by replenishing items regularly throughout service hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or F&B roles preferred.
  • No experience welcome to apply, training will be provided!
  • Outgoing personality and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills

Other Information:

  • Working hours: 5 days work week, rotating shift
  • Location: Central region
  • Entitled to AWS, Performance Bonus, Yearly salary review and increment
