My client is an established A1 Main contractor. Local firm.

Looking for Contract Manager

Job Description

• Overall in charge of all tenders. Manage the QS team of 6 to deliver on tender in time.

• Well verse in architectural and structural costing.

• Lead and manage a team of QS in the administration and review of procurement and contract management

• Responsible and lead the team on evaluation and preparation of sub-contractors claims and issuance of payment response within stipulated timeframe

• Allocate tasks to QS and provide effective supervision

• Review contract documents and consolidate cost estimates on tenders

• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim

• Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and

• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Min 7 years experience in QS

• Experienced in Commerical and HDB new build projects.

Salary is based on experience. Candidates whose current salary exceed the advertised budget will also be considered.
