As a Clinic Assistant (Islandwide Location Available), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.

• ⁠Data entry of insurance information and medical history.

• Verify patients insurance coverage and collect co-payments.

• ⁠Process and follow up with corporate and insurance billings.

• Review patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect due amounts.

• Ensure patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.

• ⁠Respond to patient queries and concerns.

• Keep up to date with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.

• Participate in patients assessment/screening and registration.

• Support clinic dispensary and clinical measurements for health screenings

• ⁠Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent with 1 year of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
