Assistant Operation Manager (Security, ELV, Contract Basic)

Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of security projects (CCTV, access control, alarms).

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.

• Liaise with clients and vendors for scheduling and service matters.

• Assist in supervising technical teams and ensuring safety compliance.

• Manage documentation, inventory, and regular project reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.

• Basic knowledge of ELV/security systems and IT; AutoCAD is a plus.

• At least 2 years experience in IT or security systems.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to travel overseas when required.
