Location: Tai Seng Working Days: Mon - Fri 10am - 6.30pm Industry: Recruitment / Staffing

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to build a career in business development. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact through cold calling, and building strong client relationships to grow our business.

• Proactively cold call potential clients to introduce our recruitment services

• Build and expand a professional network of clients and prospects

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential clients

• Present our service offerings confidently and persuasively

• Work closely with recruitment consultants to align client needs with candidates

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM

• Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and professional over the phone

• Sales-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets

• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships

• Well-spoken and confident in handling client conversations

• No prior experience required - training will be provided

• Preferred: Some experience in telesales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles

• Preferred: Able to share any sales achievements or success stories, if available
