Business Development Manager
A self-directed team player in the Distribution and Marketing Department to support and contribute to the sales and marketing of the company.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the Department Head in directions and strategies of the Business supporting the needs of the sales groups
- Work closely with the sale groups to handle their various needs and queries
- Conduct UAT and training of sales groups on the fact find system
- Manage the Introducer program of the company
- Design and execute sale campaign program
- Assist in the recruitment of sales representative
- Supervise and coach sale representatives
- Prepare reports and presentation for management reporting
- Responsible for designing and implementing of effective marketing strategies for the company
- Assist with social media campaigns for the company and advisers
- Assist in marketing projects such as Awards and Accolades (MDRT, Achievers Club, etc. ); Webinars (Internal - Sales Advisers and External - Clients)
- Support the Department Head in various corporate projects and initiatives.
- Possess at least a Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in business development role
- Must be proficient in MS Office and applications
- Possess goodcommunication (verbal and written) skills with a strong EQ
- Any eye for details, has a strong analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
- Has a self-motivated personality and is able to work well in a team
- Adaptable to changes
- Able to turnaround quality work within a tight timeline
