  • Job scheduling : Set up and monitor automated jobs in systems like SFTP/Autosys
  • DevOps support : Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines

Technical Environment

You will work with applications running on:

  • Operating Systems : MS Windows Server (2016/2019) and AIX 7.2.x
  • Databases : Microsoft SQL Server 2019, Oracle 19c
  • Application Servers : WebSphere Application Server 8.5.x, Microsoft IIS, Tomcat
  • Development Technologies : .NET, Java/J2EE, ETL tools (SSIS/Informatica)
  • Applications : Vizor Software, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, custom-built regulatory systems

Profile

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation System, databases Application Server preferably within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Hands-on experience with IT support tools, remote desktop solutions, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner.
