Architect

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects.

• Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration

• Training and supervision of junior staff

  Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized university

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

• Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment

• Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills

• Ability to supervise and manage a team

• Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract)

• Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability

• Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
