Admin Coordinator (4 months)

  • General administrative and reception duties
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Process orders including purchasing, preparation of delivery/shipping documentation, and invoicing
  • Coordinate with clients and business partners on delivery schedules
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Manage both inbound and outbound shipment
  • Manage inventory and ensure that goods are delivered on time

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, logistics and/or operations experience
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
  • Strong in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Good team player

** Position not open to S Pass holder.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
