Corporate Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute plans to implement the business strategy for new business avenues and platforms.
• Implement the setup plans for the regional headquarters.
• Collect data and information to support planning and development of new business avenues.
• Facilitate the coordination of resources for the implementation of setup plans for the regional headquarters, requiring Japanese communication skills for smooth coordination.
• Manage the operational tasks of board meetings and general assemblies, conducted in Japanese.
• Adhere to processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and without errors.
• Proactively identify and implement efficiencies and improvements in processes as needed.
• Assist/Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by manager, ensuring flawless execution.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Degree in Business or Management Studies and above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, with preference in asset management from energy projects.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (read, write, present professionally in Japanese due to extensive communication with Japanese stakeholders).
Proven ability to follow processes meticulously and execute tasks without mistakes.

• Advanced skills in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Continuous Improvement Management, and Project Management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership development and risk management.
