Our client is an established European bank with a growing presence across the APAC region. With Singapore as its regional hub, they offer a wide suite of product offerings to its corporate and institutional clients.

about the job

• Originate and structure a wide range of credit-based solutions and products; such as Repos, Credit Derivatives, Collateral Swaps/Lending, TRS and more, for clients across the APAC region.
• Hands-on involvement in client discussions, presentation, negotiation and structuring process, including the documentation process.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as compliance, risk, lawyers and auditors when required
• Manage the compliance and due diligence matters pertaining to the deals, ensuring full adherence to regulatory policies and requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Department, youll be part of a lean and dynamic team with good teamwork and cohesive corporate work culture.

skills & experience required

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Economics, Financial Engineering or related
• 7+ years of structuring experience in a related field
• A highly motivated and driven individual, with good communication skills
