My client is one of the worlds largest oil and gas commodities trading houses, they are looking for a Contract Analyst to join their team.

• Validating deals and updating the ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system to ensure all information is consistent and timely
• Drafting, reviewing, and sending out contracts for crude oil and other products, as well as handling counterparty contracts and amendments
• Managing and updating contract-related documents, including uploading final contracts to the ETRM system and maintaining master templates
• Coordinating with various internal departments like Finance, Legal, and demurrage to resolve issues related to contract wording
• Performing additional duties such as preparing tender offers and reviewing counterparty terms and conditions as needed
