Our client is a soft commodities trading Company and they are looking for hire a Trading Contract Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and issue sales & purchase contracts based on trade confirmations
• Review and negotiate contractual terms with counterparties while maintaining strong working relationships
• Manage contract lifecycle:
• Amendments, addendums, novations, special clauses
• Monitor contracts from execution through to final settlement
• Work closely with traders, execution team, and legal
• Ensure compliance with:
• Internal policies
• Trade regulations
• Economic sanctions / anti-boycott requirements
• Identify and flag contractual risks or discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and contract records in internal systems
• Support execution team on contract-related matters
