-- Up to $9,500 + AWS, Bonus & Allowance -- A reputable A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. -- 5 days with 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 5pm | Changi (Infrastructure project) -- Attractive welfare benefits - Comprehensive Packages -- Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities -- Oversee technical aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design and engineering standards. -- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities -- Participate in meetings, perform site inspections to monitor work progress, and identify design errors and drawing inconsistencies -- Provide technical support and solutions to site teams and resolve design-related issues -- Coordinating interfacing design and construction works with consultants (in-house & Client’s), subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met -- Liaising with the Employer’s Consultants and QSS teams to resolve technical issues -- Coordinating designs with relevant department person-in-charge to ensure consistency across different disciplines such as architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical -- Oversee the design development process and address any project risks to ensure smooth execution -- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards. -- Conduct technical audits and inspections as required.
