Technical Manager (CCTV / Electrical)

• Working day: Monday to Friday

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of engineers in project delivery, system setup, technical support, and pre-sales.

• Guide and mentor team members to build a strong, collaborative work culture.

• Assign tasks based on team strengths and keep everyone informed with clear communication.

• Review performance, set goals, and help team members grow.

• Work with other departments to align technical work with business goals.

• Evaluate new products for possible use in customer solutions.

• Assist Sales with pre-sales and tender processes.

• Manage equipment purchasing and inventory.

• Prepare budgets and proposals for equipment and projects.

• Monitor subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer quality requirements.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications

• Possess minimum 5 years and above of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers
