Were hiring a skilled ITSM Business Analyst / Systems Administrator to join our project team focused on revamping ITSM platforms and integrating enterprise systems.

  • Configure and customize ITSM platforms (Jira/ServiceNow)
  • Manage service catalogues, automation rules, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Lead requirements analysis, process improvement, and system configuration
  • Maintain technical documentation including specifications and test plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives
  • Support enterprise systems integration and ITSM platform revamp initiatives
  • Act as an admin/support personnel for ITSM tools—not just a user

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis and Systems Administration
  • Proven track record of completing at least 3 relevant projects
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management and/or ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework, SQL, APIs, and process automation Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in government sector is a plus

  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Jira/ServiceNow Administrator
