If you are unfamiliar with these requirements, please seek the advice of legal counsel..* To develop and run alumni initiatives to increase early engagement with graduating students, as well as sustain active engagement of all alumni segments* To drive alumni marketing and communications (through online/offline platforms, content marketing, collateral development etc) for new/on-going alumni initiatives* Support the preparatory work to curate content for publications, advertorials, social media platforms, etc.* Assist in the coordination and planning of local and overseas outreach events and activities.* To drive sustained promotion, onboarding and usership of Alumni IT system by alumni segments, as well as continuous upkeep of alumni databaseREQUIREMENTS* Diploma Holder. Proven experience and track record in client engagement, relationship management, membership development, events management, branding and marketing communications* Ability to cultivate strong internal and external client/partner relations with a view to leverage towards desired business outcomes* Meticulous, organized, able to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines* Strong in public relations, people management and able to relate to all levels* Able to multi-task, work independently and in cross-disciplinary project teams* Savvy with technology, social media and database tools.
